5. Gift Redemption

Recipients can redeem gifts by following the link provided. Gifts can be withdrawn to a bank account. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or incorrect bank information provided by recipients.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Once a gift is sent, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the recipient has not yet redeemed it. Refund requests must be made through our support system and are subject to review.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:
