Step 2: Personalize Your Message

Add a heartfelt, personal message to your card. This is your opportunity to make the gift truly special and meaningful. Whether you want to keep it short and sweet or write a longer note, your words will be displayed beautifully on the card.

You can also add the recipient's name and your name to make it even more personal. Take your time crafting the perfect message that captures what you want to say.

Step 3: Set the Gift Amount

Choose the amount you'd like to send. There's no minimum or maximum limit—send whatever amount feels right for the occasion and your relationship with the recipient.

You'll see the total amount including any applicable fees before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises. All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

Step 4: Send Your Gift

Enter the recipient's email address or choose to send via a shareable link. You can also add your own email address to receive a confirmation of the gift.

Once you complete the payment, your gift is sent instantly. The recipient will receive an email notification with a link to view and redeem their gift card. The card will display your beautiful message and the gift amount.

For Recipients: Redeeming Your Gift

Receiving Your Gift

When someone sends you a Fondly Gift, you'll receive an email notification with a link to view your card. Click the link to see the personalized card and message from the sender.

Withdrawing Funds

To redeem your gift, simply click the "Redeem" button on your gift card. You'll be prompted to provide your bank account information for a secure transfer. We work with trusted banking partners to ensure your information is safe and your transfer is processed securely.

Once you submit your bank details, the funds will be transferred to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, but typically transfers are completed within 1-3 business days.

Security and Privacy

We take security seriously. All payment information is processed through encrypted, secure channels using industry-leading payment processors. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
